Overview

LinenFinder is a lead-generation tool from Infinite Laundry that helps businesses identify sales prospects. This tool combines with LinenFinder LeadFlow to support end-to-end management of opportunities, allowing sales prospects to be tracked from initial creation through the full sales lifecycle.

As an added feature within the LinenFinder platform, it supports both automatically generated leads from LinenFinder and opportunities entered manually.

Please note that, in LinenFinder LeadFlow, all leads are labeled “opportunity.” The differentiating factor will be the lead’s pipeline stage.

Lead and Opportunity Management

Once created, leads are managed as opportunities within a defined sales pipeline. The pipeline provides a structured, visual workflow that allows opportunities to move from “New” through each configured sales stage and ultimately to a “Won” outcome.

As opportunities move through stages, the system can be set up to trigger automated email notifications, keeping users informed of status changes and helping ensure timely follow-up throughout the sales process.

Activity Scheduling

LinenFinder LeadFlow allows users to schedule and track sales activities directly from opportunities. Supported activity types include phone calls, emails, and to-do actions.

Scheduled activities help sales teams stay organized and ensure follow-ups are completed on time. Activities are tied directly to opportunities, providing clear visibility into past and upcoming interactions with each prospect.

Reporting and Opportunity Insights

The LeadFlow site offers several reporting tools to review opportunity volume, analyze trends, and evaluate overall opportunity performance.

Reports can be viewed in multiple formats, including charts, summary views, and detailed lists. Data can also be exported for further analysis or sharing outside of the system.
